Took my 6 year old for her first ear piercing. The shop was beautiful and the nurse who did it-Miriam-did a perfect job explaining the process and making us feel safe and comfortable. No tears, all smiles. We will be back!

I had been vaguely thinking about getting a piercing for the last several months, but when I walked by the Rowan in New Orleans, something pulled me inside. Perhaps it was the attractive displays, perhaps the nurse connection, but whatever it was, I’m so glad I did. Miriam greeted me warmly, even though they were closing in 30 minutes, and gave me time to consider my options. We landed on a beautiful evil eye helix in the perfect spot. The process was painless and the procedure a breeze. Cannot say enough for this location and Miriam’s genuine care.

Walked by the store and was immediately intrigued. Staff is so amazing and nice and the piercers are all nurses!!!! Loved my piece, easy and painless!

Absolutely amazing! Best experience I’ve ever had at any store! They are so friendly and welcoming. I had 4 piercings done. They were fast, precise, and look great! After care was thoroughly explained and I was provided with all the essentials. Great selection of hypoallergenic earrings!!!

Rowan will forever be my piercing place. It’s clean and employees are very helpful and friendly. After my original appointment at another place canceled on me, I wanted to get my 6 mo old daughter’s ears pierced that day. A quick Google search brought me to Rowan and I was able to make the appointment within minutes via their website. Mrs. Melanie did my daughter’s piercing and she was absolutely amazing! She was very patient and gentle with my daughter. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to get their baby’s ears pierced!!

My time today at Rowan New Orleans was amazing. From the time I called to the end of my appointment, Melanie was incredible. So personable and gentle with the needle.
